Blair Spittal arrived from Ross County as Motherwell’s first summer signing in 2022.
Spittal broke through at Queen’s Park in 2012 where he earned a move to Dundee United. In his time at Tannadice, he racked up over 100 appearances before moving to Partick Thistle.
He was most recently in the Highlands with Ross County where he was part of the side that achieved an impressive top-six finish in 2021/22.
A key player throughout the 2022/23 season under Steven Hammell and Stuart Kettlewell, Blair Spittal reached the 50 appearance mark in August 2023 following a late 2-1 win over Kilmarnock at Fir Park.
