Motherwell had to fend off a number of clubs to secure the signing of Yusuf Hussain in January 2018.

The tall, left-footed centre back signed for Falkirk in May 2011 and had spells with Forth Valley before leaving the Bairns in January 2018.

Signing professionally for ‘Well in July 2018, the youngster combines strength, height and terrific distribution from defence.
