We will have up to 4,500 home supporters in Fir Park for our opening Premiership match of the 2021/22 season.
Hibernian visit ML1 on Sunday, 1 August and we’re asking for your help to ensure we can at least get every season ticket holder into the stadium.
Due to ongoing social distancing requirements and to help us plan, we are asking all season ticket holders to let us know as soon as possible if they can make the match.
Please fill out our Hibernian season ticket attendance confirmation form now to help us plan. It is essential you let us know if you can make it, so that we can allocate you/your party seats.
If you can’t make it, you don’t have to do anything, and we’ll hopefully see you at the next home match.
The deadline for letting us know is 6pm on Tuesday, 27 July.
Letting us know
First, head to the Motherwell FC ticket website and sign in to your account.
You will need your customer number to log in. This is printed on your existing season card. It was also the final five digits of your username for your live streaming last season.
Once logged in, click tickets and then choose the Motherwell v Hibernian season ticket confirmation option.
I haven’t got my season card yet
Don’t worry. We will be issuing digital / print at home tickets for this match. Season cards will be sent out prior to the match with Dundee later in August.
You can apply to sit in a group of up to four people from up to four separate households.
If you wish to do this, you must apply for tickets on behalf of everyone you wish to sit with at this stage. They must also be season ticket holders.
To add other season ticket holders to your application, select add another member.
If they are already on your network, select the people you want to add.
If they aren’t in your network, select outside of your network and enter their customer number and surname.
Please remember that if you have your own season ticket and then childrens’ tickets, you must add them to your network and apply as a group.
Ambulant supporters should apply through this ballot process.
Supporters in our wheelchair section should not enter this ballot and should instead contact Andy Sim for ticket information on 07428 225254 or via firstname.lastname@example.org.
I need help applying / it says I am ineligible
If we can help, please email email@example.com, and we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can.
I don’t know my customer number
Please refer to your existing season card. Your customer number is also the digits used at the end of your live streaming username last season.
If you can’t find it, please fill out this form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
What if I don’t indicate whether I can make it?
For this match, we will be unable to guarantee you a seat if you don’t let us know.
If you are unsure whether you can make it, please book your place and then, should your plans change, you can let us know you can’t come by using the form below.
What if I change my mind at the last minute?
If you booked your place but your plans change, please fill out this form so we can release your seat for another fan to attend.
Will I be in my normal season ticket seat?
We anticipate we will be able to get you in your normal season ticket stand for this match. But, due to social distancing regulations, we are unable to guarantee you’ll get your precise season ticket seat this time.
Can I buy a season ticket now to book my place?
Absolutely you can, but please note it may take up to 24 hours for your access to the form to become live after your season ticket purchase.
Will there be a public sale?
Once we have a clear indication of season ticket attendance numbers, we will move to open a public sale on the remaining seats as soon as possible.
Supporters are asked to abide by our Covid-19 return to stadium supporters’ code of conduct.
This includes the need to maintain two-metre social distancing between others who are not in your household and the requirement to wear a mask covering your nose and mouth at all times.
We remind all supporters of the Scottish Government’s request to take a rapid lateral flow test twice a week, even if you are not displaying Covid-19 symptoms.
