A product of the Motherwell youth academy, Cairns has risen through the ranks in ML1, breaking into the first-team last season. 

Making three-appearances for the women of steel last term whilst also representing the youth development pathway, Cairns is prepared to add to her record this season after fully graduating from the development team.

Cairns will wear the number three this campaign.
