Filip Stuparevic made his Serbian top-flight debut at the age of 15 with Voždovac. That appearance in July 2016 meant he became the youngest player to ever play in the Serbian first tier.

Described as a ‘Wonderkid’, Juventus, Benfica and Valencia all tried to sign Stuparevic but he opted for Watford in the Premier League in a multi million pound move. He would go on loan during his spell in England.

During the 23/24 season, he scored seven goals in 23 games in all competitions and became a real fan favourite. With his deal expired, the Slovenian side offered Stuparevic a new deal but an agreement could not be made and he made the switch to ML1 in the summer of June 2024.

Able to play up front, on the wing or behind the strikers, he has a mixture of creativity and finishing ability that is bound to cause Scottish defences problems.
