• Season Tickets are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Scottish Football Association, Scottish Football League, The Clydesdale Bank Premier League and Motherwell Football Club.

• Season Tickets remains the property of Motherwell Football Club (the Club) which reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the ticket on the holder being found responsible for any incident of crowd misconduct.

• The holder will be admitted to all Clydesdale Bank Premier League and Reserve League matches played by the Club at Fir Park Stadium.  The holder will further be admitted to the first home domestic Cup tie played at Fir Park Stadium. Season Ticket vouchers are not valid for European or Testimonial matches.

SEASON TICKETS ARE STRICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE

• All Match vouchers must be removed from the Season Ticket in the presence of the turnstile checker or the holder may be refused admission.
• Match vouchers in this Season Ticket must not be re-sold.
• Individual Match vouchers presented without the complete Season Ticket being available for inspection will ensure the holder is refused admission.
• Individual Match passes will not be issued by the Club if the Season Ticket is forgotten, or reported lost or destroyed.
• The Club has a strict behavioural policy, in that racial and sectarian abuse will not be tolerated at any time. Repeated use of foul and abusive language will be regarded as verbal assault, and persistent offenders will be ejected from the Ground.
• The Club reserves the right to relocate fans to similar or better seating anywhere in the ground for any individual match.
• Half Season Books will be valid from Saturday 26th December 2009 till the end of the 2009/2010 season.
• The Payment plan is being offered by Motherwell FC on three equal payment in November, December 2009 and January 2010 at no additional cost. Tickets will be available for collection in person on the completion of the December payment; photographic proof of identity and address will be required to take advantage of this offer.
